Our team development activities can be one-offs or fit into your wider strategic needs. This approach results in a truly relevant development experience which adds value at the individual, team and organisational level. Training and Facilitation

 

We pride ourselves on continually developing our training and facilitation between sessions to better answer the needs of the business. In this way we are able to take into account feedback and integrate new learning and techniques from within the group. Our training is bespoke and covers areas including presenting, coaching, facilitation, influencing, project management, and organisational politics.

 

Coaching

 

We take a ‘coaching approach’ to everything we do. Coaching is a highly effective tool and supports change in a very powerful way, on its own or used to complement training or facilitation.

 

DISC Psychometric Profiling

 

One of the tools we use in our work is the DISC personality profiling system, which brings great insight to team development and structuring, recruitment and performance management.
